Gary Abrams, representing T-Mobile, is proposing to install six new antennas to existing Seattle City Light tower and the installation of a ground mounted support cabinet at the base of the tower. The antennas will be flush mounted at each corner of the tower at approximately 51 feet above ground level. A five foot high equipment structure would be housed in an area that will be fenced and landscaped to provide a solid screen.
