Description
OAK VISTA DEVELOPMENT: BUILDING HEIGHT VARIANCE
The proposal consists of 480 multi-family housing units and a senior community building that is expected to include up to 224 units: 60 beds for memory care, 84 assisted living units, and 80 independent senior living units. The multi-family portion of the project would provide 834 parking stalls, 424 stalls in Phase 1, and 410 stalls in Phase 2. The Senior Community portion would provide approximately 145 parking stalls during Phase 3.
