City Comments: Three bigleaf maple trees (14", 22", 25" DBH) approved for reduction to habitat snags due to meeting the hazard tree criteria. Trees are located in a mapped moderate/high landslide hazard area and stream buffer. Replanting requirements are waived due to heavy existing tree/plant cover. Establishing and replanting new trees would require clearing existing vegetation.
TRP - Work is to follow recommendations of arborist to render our house and our neighbor's house safe from declining big leaf maples.
