Type: Tree, Class: Removal
There are 7 trees on the southeast of the site that lean over the play area of a neighboring day care. An Arborist assessed the trees and determined that 6 of the trees lean heavily and 1 had a moderate lean. The Arborist recommended removing all 7 seven trees due to the risk to the children play area beneath them. It is our intention to remove all the trees, once a permit is acquired.
