TESLA ELECTRIC CHARGING STATIONS ISSAQUAH COMMONS
The project proposes to install 16 electric vehicle (EV) charging stalls and associated electrical equipment in an existing parking lot. Proposed improvements include new electrical equipment and utilities, parking lot restriping, relocation of parking lot landscape islands, new landscaping and screening. Additional parking lot lighting and trash and recycling receptacles are proposed for a safer, easier, and more accessible charging experience. Location of proposed transformer has been closely coordinated with Puget Sound Energy, and requirements for permitting (including floodplain mitigation information to be included with this submittal) have been communicated with City staff prior to this submittal.
