Description
FRONT ST DUPLEX REPLACEMENT
There was a duplex structure with a 44 ft by 35 ft footprint on the parcel. The duplex was destroyed during the November 2024 storm and was subsequently demolished. We only have a foundation of the old duplex. Applying for a reconstruction permit to rebuild a duplex in the existing footprint, keeping the current non-conformity, as per Issaquah IMC 18 800 080 Nonconforming Structures Restoration or Replacement
