Construction of a 150,000 sq. ft. storage warehouse and wholesale distribution facility and parking for 188 vehicles on a 10.9 acre site in the Totem Lake neighborhood. Proposal includes the relocation of a stream, filling of wetland area, construction of new wetland area, and stream and wetland buffer enhancement. Proposal also includes a modification of height requirements to allow a height increase of 8 ft. over the allowable building height. Process I request to modify stream and wetland buffers, culvert a portion of a stream along north property line, proposal also includes filling a Type II .30 acre wetland, wetland creation and wetland and stream buffer restoration and enhancement as mitigation measures.
