There are two buildings proposed on the 174,189 SF site. The North Building is designed as 8 stories and contains 159 affordable housing units, a 10,000 SF Opportunity Center located at grade, 174 parking stalls and common amenity spaces. The total square footage of the South Building is 241,203 SF. The South Building is also designed as 8 stories with 205 market rate units, 191 parking stalls and common amenity spaces. Total sf of the South Building is 273,967 SF. Public spaces provided on the site include a north to south multi-modal trail for bicycles and pedestrians and a plaza located between the two buildings also providing an east-west pedestrian connection. All floors of both buildings are above ground.
