FRONT STREET TOWNHOMES
The proposed project at 665 Front Street N in Issaquah will consist of 35 new residential units ranging in size from 1200 SF to 1960 SF. These residential units will be spread across 5 total buildings and provide 41 surface parking stalls. This development will also include approximately 950 SF of retail located on the eastern portion of the property along Front Street. In addition to the building area this project will provide a total of 3,865 SF of common open pace and a minimum of 1,680 SF of private open space (min 48 SF per unit). This project will have a VA & VB construction type and an FAR of 1.72.
