STORM AND SURFACE WATER MASTER
The purpose of the Storm and Surface and Water Master Plan is to update the City's adopted Stormwater Management Plan with the goal of developing a prioritized list of stormwater infrastructure and habitat restoration projects and programs. The plan will address surface water quality, aquatic and riparian habitat degradation, flooding and failing drainage infrastructure. Development of the plan will involve extensive outreach and engagement with various stakeholder including the City Council, City departments, state agencies, local jurisdictions and citizens to better understand their storm and surface water needs and priorities.
