Description
E20-45996, Bothell Fire Station 42, Demolition of the existing Fire Station 42 and construction of an all new Fire Station 42. Entire site will be regraded, and new utility connections, landscaping, paving and site lighting will be constructed. Note that interim fire fighting operations will continue on site during the construction period using temporary modular buildings and sprung structures on the west side of the site, but per discussion during the preapplication conference, these interim measures are not part of the site plan review process, and so have not been included in the submitted drawings. Please also note that the reserve apparatus bays at the west end of the building are currently an alternate in the project budget. We would like the site plan review approval to be based on the reserve bays being included, as that represents the maximum development footprint of the project.
