COSTCO FUEL FACILITY OFFSITE RELOCATION
The project will relocate the existing Costco Gasoline facility located at 1801 10th Ave NW to the developed parcel at the southeast corner of Lake Drive and 11th Avenue NW (1085 Lake Drive) currently occupied with a commercial building (former Red Robin parcel). The project will include a new approximately 18,880-square-foot canopy, the installation of 25 new multi-product dispensers (MPDs), four (4) 40,000-gallon underground storage tanks (USTs), one (1) 1,500-gallon additive UST, a new controller enclosure, and associated site improvements such as directional ground painting, parking, and landscaping. The existing fuel facility will be razed and removed from the site and the existing 8,820-square-foot former Red Robin building will be demolished and improved with additional parking for the Costco Warehouse.
