Construct a five-story apartment complex over two stories of underbuilding parking, consisting of 101 Market and Affordable units in the 57, 928 sq ft site. Applicant is proposing to reduce the Schneider creek buffer from the standard 100 ft to 75 ft as provided in the Code, when there is currently NO observed buffer in place, by removing the current non complying structures, driveway, septic tank, drain filed and noncommissioned fuel tank and restring buffer to a functioning, vegetated one with native species and fenced off to human and vehicular access. Applicant will reconstruct the Newport Way NW with complete sidewalks, turn lanes,. bike lanes.
