E21-55256, Wayne Development, (CAP2021-29802) The Wayne (23730 15th Ave SE) project is a proposed plat that will be on a site that is approximately 4.88 acres. The proposed plat will divide the site into 14 lots and each lot will have a detached single-family house constructed on it. The project will also include the construction of a new road, right-of-way improvements, stormwater detention facility and other related utilities that will service the proposed lots. Twelve single-family residential structures will take access to and from an internal public road and two single-family residential structure will take access to a private access tract, which both access to 15th Ave SE.
