Work will be sequenced to maintain continuous pedestrian access at all times, and no sidewalk closures will be required. At no time will more than three (3) columns be under active construction. The work area will progress in a controlled manner from west to east along Central Way, with minor and temporary sidewalk obstructions shifting accordingly over an anticipated five (5) week duration. No scaffolding will be required for this scope of work. All activities will be limited to the removal and replacement of three (3) courses of tile located directly above the sidewalk.
