We will be painting the exterior of Chelsea at Juanita Village via a man lift. This will require parking spot closures on specific dates around the building. We would like to start the painting on 98th Ave NE utilizing the parking stalls to access the building from July 1st to July 31st this would be done in sections also and would not need access to all parking stalls at the same time. There would also be a temporary lane closure on 98th Ave NE where there is no parking available to park the man lift.
