D2403 This right-of-way permit request is for the development project where Northshore Utility District is the owner of the water and sewer infrastructure. As shown on attached UTILITY Plan drawing approved by NUD, this project includes excavation of an approximately 3' wide and 35' long trench for tapping of 3x3/4" CPVC water for the three units in addition to a 2" CPVC line for the fire sprinkler system onto the existing 2" water header on the 95th Ave NE street in front of the property.
