Main to be directional drilled with 1 (8x10), 1 (7x10), 1 (5x10), 1 (4x10) and 3 (3x5) hard surface cuts anticipated. Long side services proposed to be hole hogged under asphalt 2'X2' potholes in asphalt over water mains/services and other utilities where required. Permission also requested to cross the "Cross Kirkland Corridor"; just west of 10401 NE 52nd St. (see Pg. 3/4).
