Furnish and install new 100 ft (approx) sewer, 4 in. pvc pipe. Sawcut and remove tench line in roadway and tie onto existing 8 in. PVC sewer main with Romac saddle. Bring pipe to property at 6 in., then convert to 4 in pvc. Inspect and backfill and compact. Pump and fill existing septic tank per City of Kirkland. Furnish and install new asphalt for road restoration, approx 150 sq. ft.
