Construction Presub 3.14.24 @ 2:00pm - Microsoft Teams: Bright Beginnings Kids is looking to put a licensed Daycare Facility in building 6615 132nd Ave NE. It is an old Wells Fargo Location. There will be a new exterior playground area created on the south side of the building in the existing drive-thru area. This project will be a change of use from "B" professional services to "E" daycare use. We would be considering building a 700 SF mezzanine in the existing building where the ceilings are approximately 20 feet high. There would be a minimum of 80 children at this location and a total of 95 occupants. The building is currently not sprinkled so a sprinkler system would be installed as part of the scope of the work.
