The interior scope is to upgrade the facilities including wall treatments, lighting, mechanical system, communications, skylights, employee workroom, service area for catered meals, and restrooms. A sprinkler and fire alarm system, stairs to the roof, max. 750 SF roof deck, 3 stop elevator and corridor (+-300SF) and an expanded office (+-70 SF) will be added to the building. The plans show the existing building meets the IIIA type of construction which will be maintained in the remodel.
