The building would encompass approximately 40,000 GSF of office use and 10,500 GSF for telecom equipment with three levels of parking. When complete, the building would result in the renovation of the existing telecom equipment building, the relocation of Ziplys offices to the Central Business District and the further activation of downtown Kirkland.
