LWSD presub (ALSO SEE PRE20-00577 AND PRE20-00558): 12/10/20 @ 2:00 2 pm; zoom conf x. A gym addition to an existing Elementary School including associated support spaces, utiilities and site work. This is the second phase of permitting and construction for work that has previously been reviewed and approved through the Land Use Master Plan process. There are three elementary school addition projects with similar scopes and timelines and the same design team. We would appreciate the opportunity to meet to discuss all three sites at the same time - Ben Franklin Gym Addition, Rose Hill Commons Addition and the Twain Gym Addition.
