8/18/20 @ 2:00PM Zoom7. The lot currently has a Gymnastics center with a daycare.
The proposed use will be vehicle service center F-1 with offices B. The tenant will be Rairdon Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland. There are a proposed 21 service bays to be located at the gymnastics floor and the gym pits will be in filled. New high speed vehicle doors will be cut into and installed at West and East Elevations. On the East side of the building there will also be a new 3 x 7 man door installed. Access between 12440 site and Rairdon 12828 current building site are proposed per the site plans attached.
