The project site is within the Kingsgate Neighborhood and located between the existing Attain Housing 4-plex unit, and another low-income housing unit. As a part of this project, the lot-line will need to be adjusted through a Boundary Line Adjustment process. The existing site area is developed with shared access, parking, stormwater management, utilities, and sidewalks.
