7/30/19 @ 2:00PM Houghton. The project is a 4-story building with partially below grade parking. It will have ~84 units of independent/assisted living senior housing with on-site parking. The intent is that the majority of the units will be independent living, but the project will be designed so that any unit can be licensed as assisted living based on the residents needs. Juanita Creek runs through the north end of the site and there is an associated wetland on the south side of the creek. The buffers for these two critical areas preclude development on much of the site. Re-use and addition to the existing structures is also b being explored at this time.
