BNR23-09008 LWIT Dental Clinic TI-Scope of work is as indicated on drawings and specifications and defined as Stage 1. In general, the scope includes the replacement of resilient flooring and wall base and the painting of walls in Dental Clinic E106 and side rooms E106A, E104A-F, and E106F. Work includes the removal of prior floor coverings, including abatement of asbestos-containing mastic, and minor patching/preparation of existing painted gypsum board wall surfaces. Alternate Bid Item No. 1: Project scope will include Sterilization Room E106D. Work will be performed during Stage 2 and include; selective demolition of resilient flooring, asbestos-containing mastic, wall base, casework and counters, aluminum relites, gypsum wall board and metal stud framing, and plumbing and electrical items; new aluminum relite, including revisions to existing wall framing; new plumbing and electrical items; patching of gypsum-faced metal stud-framed walls opened up to enable plumbing and electrical work; new casework and counters; and new finishes including resilient flooring, wall base, and paint.
