Description
HAZARD TREES There are 3 trees located throughout the Montclair condo complex community that the HOA wishes to have removed. They present as a nuisance to the neighoboring buildings. The cost to prune/maintain said trees has become excessive and a financial burden to the HOA as whole. Additionally, pruning/limbing them unevenly presents risk to the health of the tree overtime.
