Noise Variance For Google Phase III: Foushee will need to pour the largest foundation on the project (1,600+ yards) and the only available date to secure this much concrete is Saturday, 11/7. Two pumps trucks will be set up on 6th Street South (per the approved traffic control plan).
In order to complete the pour in a timely manner, the construction team will need to begin setting up between 5:30 and 6:00 AM and plan to complete the pour around 5:00, demobolizing the cranes in the next hour or two.
