MOSAIC KIRKLAND URBAN: Provide and install a total of 27 wall mounted heat pump ductless split systems with connection to the existing building shell system. Includes condensate piping to an adjacent sink with connection point provided by the plumber. Provide and install all refrigeration piping for the new install. NOTE! We have assumed the shell system refrigeration is stubbed into the TI space with the communication wire. Provide and install the code required DOAS system(s) to provide the code required outside air and exhaust for the entire space. Provide exhaust for the bathrooms and lunch room. Provide and install new duct work and diffusers for the new DOAS system. Provide and install 2 new dryer vents. Excludes booster fans.
