Small community bonfires built and managed by City of Kirkland Parks and Community Services staff on: 12/11/21 from 1pm to 3pm at Marina Park, 25 Lakeshore Plaza Drive, Kirkland; 12/12 from 5pm to 9:30pm at Juanita Beach Park, 9703 NE Juanita Drive, Kirkland; 12/19 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm at OO Denny Park, 12032 Holmes Pt Drive, Kirkland. 12/11/21 and 12/19/21 will be community bonfires only. 12/12/21 bonfire will be one programming element to a larger community event hosted by PCS - ";Light Up Kirkland."; A (Any Project Type Special) project installing (This is a change of use.; Description; No - I do not have an existing permit; Open Flames).
