Description
CONSTRUCT NEW SINGLE STORY 3 BEDROOM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE WITH ATTACHED GARAGE AND COVERED PORCH. This project consists of the construction of a new single-family residence on a previously approved residential building site. The proposed home is a one-story, three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence with an attached garage. The property was purchased after the previous owner had received county approval for residential development. The original house plans associated with that approval have been removed and replaced with a new design. The proposed residence maintains a relatively similar footprint to the previously approved structure but has been revised to a single-story configuration with an attached garage. An approved septic system design has been obtained for the project. The civil engineering plans have been updated to reflect the new building design while maintaining consistency with the previously approved site layout where applicable. The previously approved tree removal plan remains unchanged and will be implemented as originally permitted. The project is intended to comply with all applicable county regulations and approved site development requirements.
