Polaris at Totem Lake: 442 affordable housing units proposed in the form of (1) 4-story concrete podium structure supporting (2) 5-story wood towers. The concrete podium structure will provide 4,000 SF of street facing commercial space, roughly 7,500 SF of leasing/amenity space for perspective residents, residential units, 566 parking stalls and various exterior residential courtyards and amenity spaces.
