Description
CHAHAL SHORT PLAT: Section 10.08.07 Access Easements
The applicant is seeking subdivision of one existing parcel into three single-family residential lots through the City of Auburn short plat process. The Project is zoned R-2. Three lots will be created with a minimum lot size exceeding the code required of 4,400 sf. The proposed paved driveway in existing 30 feet access and utility easement tract extending up from 112th Ave SE and proposed access and utility Tract A will serve lots 1-3. The existing single-family home with all associated structures and concrete driveway will remain on the proposed lot 1 during plat construction. The existing gravel driveway to be removed.
