LAKE MERIDIAN WATER DIST PUMP STATION
The work will be completed in an easement benefitting Lake Meridian Water District granted by the property owner- City of Kent. Work includes construction of a CMU building to house a potable water control valve/pump station and associated telemetry. Work at the building will include HVAC to offset heat generated by the electrical equipment/pumps and for freeze protection. Work on the site includes, paving, grading, drainage, keystone block wall, associated utilities, a backup engine generator and propane fuel storage tank. The site will be access via Tract G of the North Ridgeview Plat (6149000370). Work on the tract includes installation of water main and associated utilities to serve the facility. The Deviation Request is for work on this access tract.
