Greenstone Demo: The demolition scope for this project involves the complete removal of all existing developments on the 7,250-square-foot lot to prepare the site for the construction of a new single-family residence. Specifically, the following structures and surfaces are slated to be taken down and removed: Existing Single-Family Residence: Full demolition of the existing house, which covers 1,955 square feet . Existing Driveway: Removal of the 403-square-foot asphalt driveway Outbuildings and Hardscaping: Demolition of the existing patio, outdoor steps, and a shed, which combined cover 640 square feet Rockery Wall: Removal of an existing 114-square-foot rockery wall located on the south side of the property Fencing: Removal of existing wood fencing bordering the site In total, the demolition phase will remove 3,112 square feet of existing impervious surface area from the property
