The duplex is planned for reconstruction Through the use of lMC 18.214.060 A building permit for the new duplex will Follow this demolition permit application. The Proposed reconstruction will occupy the same Footprint as the existing house (potentially reusing the existing foundation), and the degree of non-conformity will not be increased. No trees are planned for removal, and trees will be protected
