35 2ND ST ISSAQUAH DEMO
PAAA LLC is requesting permit for demolition of the 1250 SQFT Single Family Unit on 35 2nd Ave SE Issaquah WA 98027. A small detached single car garage of approximately 310 SQFT will also be demolished as a part of this project. This is with the intention to prepare the land for construction of a multi-family unit on the property for which PAAA LLC plans to start a separate Permit process. PAAA LLC will work with licensed and insured contractor who will act at all times in a manner to protect the surrounding environment adjacent to the building being demolished. Expected duration of the execution of project is approximately 4 days (1-2 days for Abatement and 2 days for Demolition). Abatement will be performed by American Environmental, and Demolition will be done by Tight Quarters (detailed proposal attached). There are no significant trees on the property. None of the smaller trees on the walkway near the property will be disturbed by this demolition.
