LAKE MERIDIAN WATER DIST PUMP STATION
Work is on City of Kent property in an easement granted to Lake Meridian Water District. Work includes construction of a CMU building to house a potable water control valve station/booster pump station and associated telemetry, electrical and instrumentation. HVAC will be included in the building to offset heat output from equipment and provide freeze protection. Work on the site includes paving, grading, on site storm, onsite utilities, a keystone retaining wall, and installation of an engine generator and propane fuel storage to provide backup power to the site. Along Tract G - SE 286th Place, work includes electrical and gas extensions and extension of existing water mains to create a new higher pressure zone.
