Bastyr Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Zoning Amendment, and Master Plan Update - Bastyr University is requesting amending the Kenmore Comprehensive Plan Land Use Element, specifically the "Special Study Area" description of Policy LU-2.1.2, and amending the PSP (Public/Semi-Public) zone regulations in KMC 18.27.010. These amendments are requested to allow for multi-family, market rate housing. The Master Plan will also be reviewed and amended as necessary.
