E25-34181, I-405 Brickyard to SR527 Improvement: Stream 25.0L The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is proposing a project to provide fish passage at the I-405 crossing of Stream 25.0L at Mile Post (MP) 25.00. This existing stream crossing structure on I-405 has been identified as a fish barrier by Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) and WSDOT Environmental Services Office (ESO) (Site ID 993104) due to water surface drop. The replacement stream crossing structure will be a 100% fish passable structure. The project includes realigning Stream 25.0L to restore the stream's connection with North Creek. The project requires clearing and grading within the Special Flood Hazard Area to realign Stream 25.0L.
