Water leak damage repair master bedroom: This project covers the complete restoration of water damage caused by a roof leak in master bedroom (approximately 12 ft x 12 ft, with a ceiling height between 7 and 8 feet). The 2 walls in the corner around 6-8' wide along with the ceiling will be replaced for water damage. The affected area includes the ceiling, walls, insulation, framing, plywood, and exterior siding. The repair will be like-for-like replacement for the material as per the code. There are no new addition or changes. NOTE: Please note that the permit is requested for Express review and approval because the tenant is expecting a baby which is due anytime, we want to be able to finish the project as soon as possible.
