Description
E26-34266, 1. Install pressure-treated bottom plates securely anchored to the concrete slab using 0.5 inch expansion anchors 3 feet on center and within 12 inches of each post end. 2. Frame new exterior walls 2x4 studs at 16 inches on center 3. Install king studs and jack studs at window or door openings. 4. Install OSB wall sheathing 5. Install weather-resistant barrier (house wrap) 6. Tape all seams and flashing transitions 7. Install new exterior siding to fully enclose the garage. OTC - Subject to field inspection. Inspector may require plan review based on scope of work, as needed.
