E25-39806, Convert half bath into three quarters bath. Details and changes of the work are as follows. 1. Remove existing vanity and replace with walk in shower. Some plumbing work is needed to install drainage and inlet, rerouting work. 2. Remove existing cupboard and replace with new 30in vanity. Some plumbing work is needed to install drainage and inlet Notes are as follows: 1. This bathroom is located on the first floor (split level) next to the garage entrance. 2. There is an existing window. However, no windows or exterior walls are modified. Interior wall will have a few new holes to allow new pipes through. 3. No changes are done to existing toilet.
