E25-29562 Eng Residence Renewal of BSF2019-22749 for remaining work: 1) House framing has been completed but needs to be inspected. 2) Insulation has not been completed 3) Plumbing has not been completed 4) Shower pans have not been installed 5) Mechanical for the main house has not been started. NOTE: Framing in the house exceeds what was on the submitted plan. All the exterior walls have been modified to be 2x6 instead of 2x4. The house had the roof, windows and doors, house wrap approved already. Refer to Reference document sheets 1-4 and plan review comment letter and agent response for a better understand of what was inspected under the 2019 permit. This plan review is only related to inspections that where not done or not completed. The inspector upon site evaluation, recollection and etc. may require additional code compliance. This review is to as best as possible flush out major difference between the code changes due to an expired permit.
