Description

( a demo permit and asbestos test have been done) We will install a 2024 Marlette double wide 28' x 60' on the lot. It will have one 6x6 deck for the entry door, the other doors will have typical steps and landings. A certified Sate of Wa. set team will set the manufactured home. The foundation will be gravel with XI-2s and T-111 composite skirting.
