Olson Addition: Add bedroom to my home, I will be extending both levels of my split-level house from the back of the house. The extension of the lower level will all be additional garage space, while the upper level extension will become the new master suite. No changes will be made to the location of existing bedroom exterior walls, nor changes to plumbing. The electric will be supported by a new circuit added to the panel which will be adequate for a single basic bedroom. The footprint which will be covered by this addition is currently a cement patio, so there will be no change to the impermeable footprint of the lot.
