COK Project Fuel Station Upgrade: Disconnect and remove existing dispensers and card reader safe-off product and electrical lines for construction. Saw-cut, demo, and dispose of concrete around existing island form and back to tanks and around STP man-ways. Excavate area down for new UDC sumps around STP sumps and area for product lines and electrical conduits. Install 2 new UDC sumps and new pump island. Re-plumb existing single wall product lines with new 3" over 2" double wall contained fiberglass product lines. Re-plumb existing turbines, air test 2" product lines and 3" containment lines and perform hydrostatic test on 2 new UDC sumps. Remove conduit seal offs and wire. Extend existing conduits in new island UDC sumps and new card reader pedestal. Receive cover inspections prior to backfill. Backfill area over product lines and conduits with pea gravel A ND top with 6" base of crushed rock. Grade and prep area for concrete. Epoxy and dawl in rebar as needed. Set new STOP man-ways to grade. Patch, pour, and finish all concrete. Plumb and wire in three new dispensers and secure in place. Wire in turbines, card system, and TLM probes and sensors. Install hanging hardware. Purge lines and calibrate meters, Install emergency stop and isolation control boxes. Install new mechanical leak detectors. Perform line/leak tests/certifications. Program and start up dispensers and card system and train on AVI kits.
