Framing to be replaced in kind/same location with ACZA treated fir beams - stringers to be 4" x 8"; joists/pile caps to be 6" x 8". Wooded decking to be replaced with ThruFlow grated panels. Some piles may need to be sleeved with HDPE tubes if/as needed. All work to be done in existing dock footprint.
