YARROW SHORES Garage Repair: Along the north and east elevations of the approximately nine foot tall concrete garage wall, the interior face of the concrete is damaged and spalling. The structural scope of repair includes removing and patching the spalled concrete, cleaning the existing reinforcing, and retrofitting the existing concrete wall with shotcrete and additional reinforcing where the damage to the wall significantly reduces the flexural capacity. Provide new asphalt paving overlay with slope to drain to new catch basins at the parking level. The existing catch basins will be removed and replaced and tied into the existing storm drain.
